Commercial radio stations that are members of RadioCentre can now submit their entries for the Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards 2013.
The event, which as 24 categories this year, celebrates all aspects of commercial radio from presenters and programming to advertising and marketing.
This year, there are separate categories for journalist of the year and news coverage, short features, one-off programmes, and regular specialist shows.
Lisa Kerr has taken over as new chair of judges. She writes: “What’s so special about these awards is that they genuinely recognise the full range of skills needed to make great commercial radio. All aspects of our business are showcased on the night, so all you need to do now is enter!”
The closing date for entries is March 8th 2013, with the awards ceremony taking place on July 3rd at the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza, London. They are free to enter and everything is submitted online.
