Cambridge station plans Queen visit show

Cambridge 105 and the local hospital radio station is providing live coverage The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh’s upcoming visit.

Tim Willett and Julian Clover will anchor the programme on Radio Addenbrookes and Cambridge 105, with guest presenters from the community station.

Reporters Matt Webb, Neil Whiteside, Phil Rowe, Leigh Last, Sam Davies and Roger Frost follow the royal party as they take a trip on the Guided Busway, towards The Medical Research Council Laboratory and Addenbrooke’s Hospital including the Rosie maternity unit.

Daniel Baker keeps an eye on what’s happening on the social networking sites and rounds up the latest news from the visit.

The programme begins at 9.30am this Thursday.
