The Academy Of Contemporary Music is adding a Radio Production Pathway to its degree courses, supported by Eagle Radio.

Students will learn hands-on what it takes to make it in commercial radio, with study taking place at ACM’s Guildford Campus. Staff from Eagle Radio will be on hand to ensure that students learn how a real radio station really works.

Eagle3 holds a full DAB licence that reaches millions of people across South London, Surrey and Hampshire. Its focus on new music makes it the perfect station to showcase ACM’s talented study body; behind the desk, on air and in the playlists.

“This school is phenomenal. This course is ground-breaking. This opportunity to mix studies with real-world radio experience is unique,” says Paul Marcus MD at Eagle Radio.

For more details of the three-year and two-year study options available and courses starting September 2016, see www.acm.ac.uk/studyradio.
