The Bauer City Network musical logo has appeared on Gem 106, one of Bauer’s most recent acquisitions.
Gem 106’s imaging now sounds identical to other BCN1 stations owned by Bauer such as Rock FM, Clyde 1 and Metro Radio, using a five note logo.
The change happened last Monday and is also expected to appear on Free Radio – one of the other recently purchased brands from Orion Media.
The station’s logo has not changed as yet, but Bauer has confirmed to RadioToday that Gem 106 and Free Radio are both joining the Bauer City Network 1.
