On Sunday evening Lincs FM hosted their latest Up Close gig with the Kaiser Chiefs at the Engine Shed in Lincoln.
The crowd, who had all won free tickets via Lincs FM, were all on their feet for the entire performance. The show lasted just under an hour with the Kaiser Chiefs quoting, ‘We don’t get to play Intimate shows like this very often, thanks Lincs FM!’
It is the third gig Lincs FM have hosted so far this year with previous artists including Noel Gallagher.
Programme Manager for Lincs FM Sam Heywood said of the gig: “It was a fantastic event and the Kaiser Chiefs really put on a great performance.
“It’s great being able to bring such big name acts to Lincolnshire and Newark and we look forward to bringing more in the future!”
