Sun FM has a new headline act for its 20th birthday party in the centre of Sunderland on Sunday.
Ex-JLS singer Aston Merrygold will replace Pixie Lott who was previously announced as the main act for the event.
Aston will be performing for free in Keel Square on May 7th as he joins local talent such as The Lord Swans who are also performing at the Sunniside Live event in July.
Sun FM is having an afternoon of live entertainment, games and giveaways at Keel Square where they will be hosting its birthday party, purposely planned on the same day as The Siglion 10k & Half Marathon, of which Sun FM is the official media partner.
