Radio X makes a beer and calls it Amplified

Radio X has teamed up with Greene King to brew a new beer available in limited edition at selected Greene King Pubs.

Chris Moyles and Dominic Byrne took a trip to the brewery in Bury St Edmunds to record a video about the pale ale, and 20p out of each pint will go to Global’s Make Some Noise charity.

The 4% pale ale has citrus & grapefruit flavours and is available on tap. Accompanying beer mats are being made available in participating pubs, with a chance for drinkers to win £2k.

The pumps feature a picture of a mini amplifier, with a working LED but fake jack input, along with a Radio X mic muff.

Find yourself in a Greene King pub tonight, ask them for a pint of AMPLIFIED. Me and Dom made it and it's very nice.
