Viking FM Breakfast co-host Emma Louise Jones is joining Signal 1 to co-present the breakfast show alongside current host John Fox.
Emma joins the Stoke-based station after working at Bauer’s Viking FM for the last two years.
Group Programme Director for Wireless Group’s local stations, Terry Underhill told RadioToday: “Our morning show at Signal 1 is the most listened to local breakfast show in the area by miles and Emma’s local knowledge, enthusiasm and talent will help the show continue to grow even further.”
Emma said: “Having grown up listening to Signal breakfast, I can’t believe I’m going to work at the station that’s been part of my life for so many years. I can’t wait to get on-air with Foxy and start chatting with listeners in Staffordshire and Cheshire.”
Emma hosted her last show on Viking FM today with Alex Duffy. The Signal 1 Breakfast Show with Foxy and Emma starts 6am – 10am on Monday October 16th.
